Keiji Habara has been serving as General Manager of the General Affairs & Planning Division at the Overseas Construction Association of Japan, Inc. (OCAJI) since 2010.

 

He has extensive experience in the fields of civil engineering, construction management, environmental assessment, and international project coordination.

Before joining OCAJI, he worked at Tobishima Corporation in urban civil engineering and environmental restoration technologies, and at JMA Management Center Inc. in distance and e-learning development.

Habara is a licensed Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering, Water Supply & Sewerage, Mining, and Engineering Management, contributing to international cooperation and development in the construction industry through his expertise.
