Ir LUK Wai Hung has in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, combined with considerable administrative expertise. He previously served as Team Leader (Contract Administration) at the Development Bureau and Project Manager/Major Works at the Highways Department of the HKSAR Government. With over 32 years of service in the Government, he has extensive experience in administering and managing a wide range of large-scale infrastructure projects, including drainage works, water supply networks, major highways, and road hubs.

Ir LUK holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master degree in Public Administration from The University of Hong Kong. He also completed the Major Projects Leadership Programme at The University of Oxford in 2020.
