Lee Kay Chai brings over 28 years of invaluable experience to the construction industry. As the Executive Director of Lian Soon Construction Pte Ltd, he orchestrates the company's multifaceted project operations, including tendering and contract procurement. Lian Soon Construction, established in 1980, boasts a diverse portfolio encompassing residential, industrial, institutional, and recreational projects for both private and public sectors.

Mr. Lee's academic journey includes a Bachelor's Degree in Production Engineering and Management from the University of Strathclyde (Scotland) in 1990, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in 1994. Mr. Lee is dedicated to the revitalization of the construction industry and ensuring a steady stream of young professionals to support the built environment sector.

Currently, the President of the Singapore Contractors Association Limited (SCAL), Mr Lee is also a Board Member of the International Federation of Asian and Western Pacific Contractors (IFAPWCA), a Council member of the ASEAN Constructors Federation (ACF) and representing SCAL in several inter-government workgroups and committees, exemplifying his dedication to shaping the future of the construction sector.
