Mr. Charles Vann joined the Cambodia Constructors Association in 2011. He is now the Acting Chairman and concurrent Treasurer General of CCA.

He studied in Monash University in Melbourne, Australia earn a degree in Psychology. He also took Accountancy in Swinburne University, Melbourne Australia in 1990.

​Mr. Vann is currently the Executive Vice President of Canadia Bank Plc. (CNB), a joint-venture bank between Cambodian – Canadians and the National Bank of Cambodia (Central Bank of Cambodia) which offers a wide range of financial services from gold transactions, gold plaque manufacturing, and lending to local merchants with a worldwide network of correspondent banking relationships and a solid base of local and international customers. They hold commanding market shares in loan deposits as well.
